A home base for the moments you don't want to lose.
Whatever you're part of — a team, a trip, a wedding, a reunion — you get one QR code that's yours and your group's alone. Scan it and you're in: photos, updates, the whole story, all in one place. Organizer or guest, there for it or catching up later, it never expires and it's always open.
Here's how it started.
In 2022, Colin left Los Angeles — and his career — for a trip that turned into three years, almost 40 countries, and all seven continents. Planes, trains, boats, even a parachute. Along the way: hundreds of places, thousands of photos and drone shots, and one recurring headache — how do you actually share all of it with the people back home? Instagram helped...but also fell short.
Around the same time, John kept running into something interesting: entrepreneurs printing QR codes on hoodies and tees so people could scan in and hear someone's story — their walk of faith, their testimony. It got him thinking. What if travelers like Colin had something similar? One code, wearable, that let anyone he met on the road scan in and follow along.
When Colin got home, the two of them started talking it through — and realized the idea wasn't quite right for solo travelers. But for groups, it clicked. Church mission trips. Company outings. Sports teams. Family reunions. Everyone involved — the people organizing it, the people living it, and the friends and family who couldn't make it — needed the same thing: an easy way in, and an easy way to stay in. Put that code on a hoodie or a tee, and the group stays connected long after the trip ends. Every scan keeps the story going.
That's Q-Our Codes. One code, one group, a place to keep building the story together — wear it, share it, scan it.
We believe every shared moment deserves a permanent home — accessible to everyone who was part of it, from anywhere, forever.
That belief shows up in four ways. Here's what each one means to us — and how it shows up in everything we build.
Communication
Say it without saying a word.
A QR code is a unique, quiet kind of communication — silent until someone scans it, then suddenly full of voice. We built Q-Our Codes around that pause: the moment between curiosity and discovery. Wear it, and you're saying something without opening your mouth. Scan it, and someone's now telling you their story.
Contribution
Nobody curates alone.
A memory built by one person is a souvenir. A memory built by everyone who was there is much more. Every member of your group can add to the gallery behind your code — their photos, their angle, the moment you might have missed. The story gets richer because the people who experienced it want to tell it.
Connection
Built to connect. Literally.
Look closely at our mark — the code isn't decorated with people, it's made of them. That's intentional. Every scan is a connection: between a stranger and your team, between those at the event and who's discovering it months later, between a shirt in a closet and a story that's still alive.
Community
What it's all building toward.
Communication, contribution, and connection are how we get there. Community is what we're building. A church group's mission trip. A team's championship season. A company offsite that actually felt like something. These groups deserve more than a folder of photos nobody opens again — they deserve a living record the whole community keeps building, together, for as long as it matters.
