Q-Our Codes is a platform for creating memories and sharing groups with communities. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

Permitted uses include personal groups, team sports seasons, company retreats, family gatherings, social clubs, concerts, festivals, mission trips, and similar community activities.

The following content is strictly prohibited on all landing pages and uploaded photos:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content of any kind

• Content depicting child exploitation or abuse (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediately reported to authorities

• Hate speech, racism, discrimination, or content that promotes violence against individuals or groups

• Illegal content including but not limited to pirated material, drug promotion, or content that violates local, state, or federal laws

• Harassment, doxxing, or content intended to threaten or intimidate individuals

• Spam, phishing links, or malware

• Impersonation of other individuals, organizations, or brands

Violations will result in immediate account termination and removal of content. Illegal content will be reported to law enforcement.

By uploading photos or content to Q-Our Codes, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have explicit permission from the rights holder.

You grant Q-Our Codes a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and serve the content as part of your group landing page.

You are solely responsible for obtaining consent from individuals depicted in photos, in accordance with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations).

Photos of minors must have parental/guardian consent. Group admins are responsible for ensuring proper consent from all participants.

All groups are free from day one and go live automatically on creation. There are no subscriptions or one-time payments.

To keep a group active forever ("evergreen"), the group must collectively order at least $50 of merchandise through the Q-Our Merch™ store within the first year of the group's creation date. Any member's order counts toward the total.

Once the merch goal is reached, the group is evergreen and remains live forever at no cost. We will notify all members and admins by email when the goal is reached.

If the merch goal is not reached by the deadline, the group may be subject to archiving. We will send reminder emails in advance and give you every reasonable opportunity to keep the group active.

QR codes are evergreen — the URL they point to remains valid and unchanged for the lifetime of the group.

Merch orders are fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners. Q-Our Codes is not responsible for manufacturing defects beyond industry standards.

All sales are final unless the product is defective or the QR code is printed incorrectly.

Shipping times are estimates only. Q-Our Codes is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

By placing an order, you confirm that the group and QR code selected are your own and that the content on the linked landing page complies with these Terms.

Every paid merch order counts toward the group merch goal described in Section 4.

Each group has a pooled storage cap of 50 GB, shared across the group and all of its events. This covers photos and files.

Q-Our Codes is a platform for sharing memories and group content — not a general-purpose file-hosting or backup service. You agree not to use the platform primarily for bulk file storage unrelated to your group's memories.

We monitor groups with unusually high storage usage to ensure the platform is not being abused. Groups whose storage usage is inconsistent with normal group-memory use may be reviewed, and we may restrict or remove content that is unrelated, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

If your group legitimately approaches the cap, contact us and we'll help you find a solution.

Q-Our Codes is not responsible for any downloading, saving, copying, or redistribution of photos or other content displayed on group landing pages by third parties, including other members, guests, or anonymous visitors who scan a QR code.

By making a group landing page accessible (whether publicly or to invited members), you acknowledge that shared content may be viewed or downloaded by others who have access to the page or QR code.

Group administrators are solely responsible for managing who has access to their pages and for obtaining appropriate consent from anyone depicted in uploaded photos.

If you wish to restrict access to your photos, use the admin-only photo upload settings and limit access to invited members only.

All QR codes generated by Q-Our Codes remain the exclusive intellectual property of Q-Our Codes. The QR code design, branding, and associated URL infrastructure are proprietary.

Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, printing, publishing, or distributing any Q-Our Codes QR code — in any format, on any medium (digital or physical) — without prior written consent from Q-Our Codes.

This restriction applies to personal use, commercial use, merchandise, marketing materials, signage, and any other application.

Authorized printing of QR codes on merchandise is available exclusively through the official Q-Our Codes Merch Store, which constitutes written consent for that specific use.

Unauthorized use or printing of QR codes may result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy (separate document) for how we collect, use, and protect your data.

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at dmca@q-ourcodes.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request."

We will respond to valid DMCA requests within 5 business days.

Repeat infringers will have their accounts permanently terminated.
